GARETH EMERY ADDS SECOND MELBOURNE SHOW TO DRIVE TOUR..



SECOND MELBOURNE SHOW ANNOUNCED FOR GARETH EMERY'S ‘DRIVE’ TOUR
Selling out his first Melbourne show in 90 minutes, Totem onelove are thrilled to hold a second show in Melbourne for eager fans on:Friday 11th July at TRAK.
Gareth will now perform two shows in Melbourne on the Friday, appearing at TRAK before playing at 170 Russell.

Fans of Gareth's who have missed out on tickets to his initial Melbourne show need only wait until 10am tomorrow morning [Melbourne time] to purchase tickets from Ticketmaster for his TRAK show.  Tickets to the show are expected to sell quickly, with Emery enthusiasts advised to purchase tickets at their earliest convenience to avoid regret.

The Drive tour now encompasses seven highly anticipated shows across Australia in July, cementing itself as one of the most highly anticipated tours of the year.

In Brief:After hitting the #1 spot on Beatport for an unprecedented third time this year with ‘Bad’ (which also charted at #1 on the European Club charts AND was Spotify’s second most streamed track last week),David Guetta is back with Australia’s star DJ / Producer Kaz James. ‘Rock House’ smash ‘Blast Off’ was written in true rock-star style, at 30,000 feet during a flight between gigs whilst the pair were touring together on Guetta’s recent Asia run.

Blending Guetta’s huge electro house rhythms with classic guitar riffs, amidst Kaz’s melodies and euphoric crescendos…‘Blast Off’ feels tailor-made for the dance floor and looks sure to be at the front of the major players’ record boxes this summer.  Premiered exclusively by Guetta during his Main Stage performance at Ultra Music Festival in Miami.  Galvanized by a rugged 8-bar vocal, that implores clubbers to “put them hands up higher,” the track builds with heavy guitar riffs, before exploding into life with a thumping lead bass line and a twisted strung-out synth interjects.

David Guetta has also just kicked off his ‘F&ck Me I’m Famous’ residency at Pacha Ibiza on Thursday 29th May, ahead of taking in a bustling summer schedule.  Joined by Daddy’s Groove & Showtek, it follows hot off the back of an epic tour schedule that saw Guetta play a sold-out Spring residency at XS in Las Vegas, as well as, sell out shows in: Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Washington DC and New Orleans.  He also embarked on a short Canadian tour and even found the time to play at Mexico’s largest dance music festival, ‘Electric Planet’ in March.   As the only Ibiza DJ to host two residences this summer, Guetta is also all set to launch ‘David Guetta & Friends’ at Ushuaia on Monday 30th June.  To be hosted as a pool party, scheduled to stay alive long into the night, expect this to recreate a festival atmosphere in one of Ibiza’s most infamous clubbing spaces.  Not content to stop there, Guetta is also confirmed to play headline festival slots in France, Germany, Estonia, Italy, Sweden, Iceland, Italy, Russia, Spain and Scotland before the season is out, in what’s shaping up to be another incredible summer for one of the world’s most iconic, globe-trotting DJs.
