Miley Cyrus spotted sexy cute in Australia for music tour yesterday. Mega popstar Miley Cyrus was recently spotted out yesterday afternoon,rocking a sexy,yet cute look in beautiful Sydney,Australia where she is continuing her Gypsy Heart music tour duties. Miley appeared to be pretty relaxed as paps snapped her photos. According to sources, Miley is in the area to perform a couple of concerts,and was spotted heading to Woolloomooloo to get some lunch. She also hit up Twitter to say, "So happy to be back on the road again! Thank you Manila for such an amazing show! Hello Australia!"

I Dream of Jeannie Fans had their wishes granted today as the cast of the hit '60s series headed down under for Supanova at the Dome in Sydney.

Barbera Eden and 79-year-old Hagman are still hanging out together. The pair have been spotted attending fan and pop culture conventions for I Dream of Jeannie.

Their co-star Bill Daily (Major Roger Healy), who Eden describes as "adorable" also joined them for the pop culture festival in Sydney and Perth.

"I'm looking forward to it," Eden says.
"It's been a long time since I've been to Sydney and Perth."

The Supanova pop culture convention will be held in Sydney on June 18 and 19 and in Perth on June 25 and 26.

Mia Wasikowska attends Sydney premiere of her new movie, “Jane Eyre”

Mia Wasikowska attended the Sydney premiere of her new movie, “Jane Eyre” tonight at the State Theatre.

The actress has worn a white sequin dress on the red carpet recently and that trend continued when she recently wore a Elie Saab Spring 2011 Couture dress in Los Angeles.

If you look hard enough this dress appears to be a shorter modified version of a white a-line cocktail dress with floral appliqués and sequin embellishment was paired with black Brian Atwood ‘Wagner’ peep-toes.

Mia never tends to do much with her hair, but I guess the fact that she was wearing Couture convinced her that it was time to do something different.

It’s a simple down hairstyle, but it works perfectly with her as does her natural hair and make-up.

AbbaWorld At The Powerhouse Museum, Sydney, by Eva Rinaldi

ABBAWORLD, the Official Interactive Exhibition approved and supported by legendary ABBA, is currently showing at Sydney's Powerhouse Museum, a stones throw from Darling Harbour.

The expo is an amazing multimedia exhibition that enables visitors to experience the music and magic of ABBA in a completely fresh fashion.

ABBAWORLD made its star-studded, world debut abroad in London on 26 January 2010 to rave reviews from fans and news media.

It's a wonderful mix of traditional and rare ABBA memorabilia and state-of-the-art technology. The highly interactive experience take visitors on a journey through 25 environments, showcasing rare footage, sets, stage costumes, images and memorabilia which has never been seen in Australia before. Some of the gems are actually from the personal collections of Agnetha, Benny, Björn and Frida.

ABBAWORLD captures the music, memories and magic that made the Swedish group a worldwide phenomenon. It explores where the four members of the group came from, the formation and success of ABBA and the post ABBA years. It features ABBA’s first major international live performance and Sweden’s first win at the Eurovision Song contest in 1974, their highly acclaimed concert tours including the Australian tour in 1977, and the impact of their music that has inspired several hit movies and a stage show - Muriel’s Wedding, Priscilla Queen of the Desert and Mamma Mia.

On display are more than 20 original costumes, the epitome of 70’s glam, live concert footage, promotional and behind-the-scenes photographs, album artworks and other ABBA memorabilia, as well as exclusive interviews with members Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, Anni-Frid Lyngstad and Agnetha Fältskog.

The ABBA concert dressing room, the writing studio on Viggsö – an island in the Stockholm archipelago where many of ABBA’s songs were written, and ABBA’s recording studio Polar Studio in Stockholm where the group recorded its last two albums, are also recreated in the exhibition.

Visitors can relive ABBA’s music and sing and dance their way through the exhibition using a series of interactives including perform on a stage with ABBA, dance in an ABBA video, record a sing-a-long with ABBA, or be photographed on an ABBA album cover.

For more than 35 years, ABBA has maintained international success with their songs that remain a fixture on radio playlists today. ABBA is one of the top three selling artists in the world, having sold 375 million records worldwide. They still sell over 3 million records a year.

Band member Björn Ulvaeus said: "It always seemed to me that people in the music press and also in the music industry sort of took it for granted that ABBA would be a one hit wonder. Why would we be different from any other Eurovision winner?

"We really had an up-hill struggle after Waterloo and our follow-up singles didn’t do well. Then the Australians came to our rescue. They released SOS and Mamma Mia and both songs made the charts in a big way down under. Suddenly everyone else around the world realized there was life in the band that was supposed to be dead. I’m forever grateful to the Australians for that!"

Jonathan Parsons, Sydney Curator, ABBAWORLD said: "ABBA’s appeal was first and foremost because they were consummate pop artists producing some of the most well-crafted, memorable and enduring pop songs in pop history. They were pioneers in the pop form breaking new ground in recording, concert production and promotional music videos. For Australia this culminated in the extraordinary scenes of adoration for the group that traveled across the globe to perform in Australia in 1977. Their music spoke to the heart, through joy and pain, and left a musical legacy that is still vibrant today."

AbbaWorld will conclude in Sydney on the 26th June, so be quick. The expo truly has to be one of the better value for money entertainment experiences in Sydney.

I’m Not Dead Yet Australian Premiere, by Eva Rinaldi - 14th June 2011

I'm Not Dead Yet is a Screen Australia presentation of an iKandy Films production. Produced by Janine Hosking, Stephen Hopes. Directed, written, edited by Janine Hosking.

I'm Not Dead Yet premiered tonight at George Street, Sydney Event Cinemas, with Perkins arriving in a limo, followed minutes later by Morgan, in a bigger limo and bright pink suit, with dozens of media snapping away and firing off questions left, right and centre.

Chad Morgan has lost count of the number of times he's been reported dead (hence the title), but the politically-incorrect country singer with the donkey grin is very much alive. 'The Sheik of Scrubby Creek' is still on the road almost 60 years after kicking off his career on Australia's Amateur Hour. Chad's life is the stuff of legends - his rapid rise to the top, womanising, heavy drinking - and his story, narrated by Tex Perkins, is told with just the right mix of rollicking style and genuine respect.

It's certainly an affectionate portrait of Australian muso Chad Morgan, long overdue documentary "I'm Not Dead Yet" suits a niche audience, but his fan base will sing along with him all night and day. He sings his basic like ballads on tour and the vet country singer carries himself with charm that has allowed him to be one of the biggest survivors in the biz. We've learned that that the Australian Broadcasting Commission will also screen the doco on their TV channel later this year.

It's quite the biographical portrait and road movie. The singer/guitarist rose to fame when he wowed a radio talent show with his comedic genius back in 1952. Today he shares the travels with his "roadie" wife, Joanie, and his trusty, traveling from town to town - pub to club.

Indie rocker Tex Perkins is willingly dragged into the doco as an inquisitive counterpoint to Morgan, and does a fine job as narrator.

Young performing artist Harry Tompsett does a fine job portraying Morgan as a youngster, and the false teeth visual jokes are classic.

Be on the lookout for the exploring the "mystery" of an attractive woman who inspired his signature song "The Sheik of Shabby Creek."

If you love good yarn, music docos or a bit of a Australian cultural history buff, you're going to love this.

Kung Fu Panda 2: Jack Black And Lucy Liu Do Sydney 3D Premiere, by Eva Rinaldi - 13th June 2011

Hollywood hit Sydney - AussieWood tonight, thanks to Jack Black and Lucy Liu, who star in Kung Fu Panda 2.

Black was super animated and friendly, while Liu was quicker paced with the news media and fans.

As you may have figured, it's their voices, not their faces or bodies that you will see in the flick, but both are likely to share more of themselves via a directors cut DVD of the film in the coming months.

The dynamic duo walked the red carpet full of awesomeness at 6.30pm for the Sydney premiere of Kung Fu Panda 2, a 3D animated film, which has already grossed in excess of $60 million globally in its first week.

Kids of all ages lapped up the stars, Panda, dancing dragon and celebs.

"The best part of being so popular with kids is that their fandom is real - they're not going to turn around and sell your autograph for a million dollars of whatever," said Black.

"They just really like my panda character Po and the guy that I played from School Of Rock - they are real."

Music News Australia was also wrap to have secured Black's signature when the the megastar realised that the crew were also huge fans, not just there to go through the media motions. A Music News Australia insider was overheard "I think the Jack Black print out we did along with the Kung Fu Panda hat and the reporters loud and enthusiastic voice all helped secure the rare autograph from Jack".

Liu, who plays the villain Viper, spent considerable time with younger fans than the press.

Liu told the press on Black: "He is phenomenal and is a consummate soul. It is so nice to be around that energy because it gives you energy and some of that soul."

Hollywood super A list Angelina Jolie has also scored a role in the flick, but it's Black and Liu who have been pounding the pavement over the last fortnight.

Black and Liu have even had access to studio DreamWorks private plane owned by boss and Hollywood mover shaker Jeffrey Katzenberg.

"We are all one big family when we are making and promoting a film so we have to make it around the world together," Katzenberg said.

"It's is a pretty gruelling trip and my plane makes it possible for us to do it together.

"Last night we were in the top of Italy at a film festival - and we could not be here tonight if we didn't have those wings."

The teamwork of Kung Fu Panda 2 was clearly evident off and off the screen.
